Always has the classics and new fun treats to try out. Love the innovation and respect for the regular menu. Even came here to celebrate my birthday. The staff there is really sweet and you even get a cash discount! Been going here for years and will continue to do so. I order the same thing every time and it's always absolutely delicious My only wish is that there was a rewards program so I could get benefits for coming so often. They are trying that out in the Cambridge location but haven't done it here as far as I know.
Waffles galore! It’s awesome when you find a restaurant that has beautiful food that also tastes great. We loved Zinnekens. It’s tucked in on a packed street in providence with quite a few other local spots. Parking is a bit tough because of the street, however, there is a garage within a 10min walk. The menu is short and to the point, coffees, waffles and some other treats. It was a bit on the expensive side for waffles, but, they were incredible. A soft, yet crunchy waffle, fresh fruit, and incredible toppings made our mouths explode. The Dubai inspired chocolate strawberries were incredible. Staff is small so you will wait for a bit if it’s packed, but patience is definitely rewarded here. 10/10 will visit anytime we’re in PVD.

The atmosphere is very calm and cozy. Everything was so clean & easy to locate. The waffles were amazing!!!! I don’t know what I was expecting but that first bite literally made my eyes roll back. SO DELICIOUS …
Came here for a quick stop & a sweet treat. Drinks and food were delicious and made to order. Will be back again! Space was packed but I can assume that’s the norm for a Saturday night on Thayer st! Crème brûlée coffee Was 10/10

Zinneken’s is hands down the best waffle place we’ve ever been to! From the moment we walked in, the smell of fresh waffles and warm toppings was irresistible. The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and absolutely loaded with delicious toppings. Every bite was pure heaven. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making great recommendations and making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat or relaxing with friends. If you’re a waffle lover, Zinneken’s is a must-visit. We’ve tried many places, but nothing compares to the quality, taste, and overall experience here. We can’t wait to come back!
